GSX AT YOUR FINGERTIPS

Download the GSX mobile app and be prepared for the Global Security Exchange (GSX) 2025. View the education schedule, explore the exhibit hall, discover all exhibitors, access your show planner and more.

Search “Global Security Exchange” in the App or Play store. If you have previously downloaded the app, you will need to download a new version.

A login is not required to view schedules, exhibitors, floor plan, and other general information. It is only required for the networking feature and show planner. 

 

Access the Networking Feature

1. Click on the hamburger menu icon at the top left of the app 

2. Click on ‘Networking’ > ‘Networking Settings’ to view/update your current networking settings. To enable networking, click “yes” to allow attendees and exhibitors to send you messages via chat.

My Show Planner

How to set up your My Show Planner:

1. Click the “Create Your My Show Account” button. 
2. Find your GSX registration confirmation email. You’ll need the email address you registered with and your registration confirmation number.
3. Confirm your information, set your password, select preferences, and create your account.
4. Add sessions you want to attend, exhibitors you want to visit, and other appointments to your schedule.

My Show Planner Features:

-View education sessions and speakers

-Save sessions and appointments 

-Discover exhibitors and products

-Favorite exhibitors and add them to your list to visit

-Network with attendees & exhibitors right in the app. 

💡 Think of My Show Planner as your web-based hub. The GSX Mobile App is how you take it on the go. Log in with the same email and confirmation number, and your saved sessions, exhibitors, and meetings will appear automatically.
